How the Assignment Process Works

We're building a trusted on-the-ground network in Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Las Vegas, Miami, Nashville, New York City, Orlando, Phoenix, San Diego, and Seattle.

When we have an event requiring coverage:

Availability request (text first)

We'll reach out by text message with the event date, location, and time block to confirm your availability.

Hold confirmation

Once you confirm, we'll ask you to hold the date and time while we finalize the details.

Client connection + brief

We'll set up a short coordination call between you and our customer to review expectations, brand goals, and on-site logistics.

Final details delivered

You'll receive a Call Sheet / Shoot Brief with everything you need: timing, location, contacts, shot priorities, on-site access notes, and deliverable plan.

Shoot day

You arrive, capture the planned coverage, and execute the assignment professionally.

Upload

After the event, you'll upload all footage to our Google Drive using the folder structure provided.
